Done-with-you
Consulting · managed installs

Consulting. Andrew installs the workflow, your team runs it after.

Done-with-you or fully managed AI installs, mapped to a real bottleneck, measured on a number your business already watches.

Practical AI implementation for appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness operators. Andrew and a small team map the workflow, select the vendor, install the tool, train the operator, and return at ninety days to prove the work on a real number your business already tracks.

The numbers are real before we quote the engagement. Pricing is scoped after a paid discovery conversation — not a project on your books and not a retainer you cannot close.

Who this is for

Operators who want the install landed — without running the project themselves.

You are an independent health, fitness, or wellness operator. You have already named the workflow that costs the most time per week, and you would rather pay for a hands-off install than keep iterating on partial work. Your team runs the workflow after the engagement is over.

You probably are, if…

  • You run an independent health, fitness, or wellness business and want a hands-off install — Andrew and a small team do the mapping and implementation, your team runs the workflow on day one.
  • Your team has somewhere between one and ten people, and the workflow you want to change is the one you can name inside thirty seconds.
  • You have one or two AI workflows already in flight, and you are ready for the next one to be done-with-you rather than another self-serve project.
  • You would rather pay for an install that lands a working system than keep iterating on partial work — and you want the documentation to keep running it once the engagement closes.

What's included

Five install deliverables. One documented system.

Each Consulting engagement ships five written artefacts. Every one of them sits on the team's side of the wall at the end of the engagement — written, owned, runnable without Andrew in the room.

Workflow mapping

A written map of the workflow you want to change, the inputs and outputs that already move, and the routes the AI will own. Two or three pages of plain language your operator can read on a Monday morning.

Vendor selection

A short-list of the three vendors that fit your stack, your budget, and your team — and a written why each one earned or lost its place. We do not sell any of them; the short-list is yours.

Implementation

The vendor selected, the integration built, the prompts written in your voice, the routing rules in writing. Rehearsed with your operator during their first real busy week, not on a synthesized demo.

Team training

A short written runbook handed to the staff member whose week changes most. We do not run a company-wide rollout on day one — we onboard the operator who owns the workflow, then expand from there.

Ongoing optimization

A monthly check for the duration of the engagement, with the number you said you would move sitting on either side. When the engagement closes, the runbook and the vendor relationship stay on your side of the wall.

How it works

Three steps. An install, not a project.

We start with a paid discovery conversation, build and install the workflow inside the engagement window, and close at ninety days with a written measurement against the number your business already watches.

  1. 01

    Discovery & scoped install plan

One paid discovery conversation. We come back with a written scope and a price that matches the workflow you are actually changing — not a project on your books and not a retainer you cannot close. We pin the number your business already watches as the ninety-day anchor.

  2. 02

    Build, install, train

Vendor short-list, integration build, prompt drafts in your voice, and an in-context rehearsal with your operator during their first real busy week. The owner-of-the-workflow sits in on the first three sessions and runs the rest.

  3. 03

    Ninety-day measurement

A thirty-minute wrap at the end of the engagement: what moved, what did not, the next two or three things to lean into. The summary is written, not verbal — you keep it whether the engagement continues or closes.

FAQ

The questions owners ask before signing on for a managed install.

Scoped answers in our voice — what the install covers, who it fits, and what hands-off the engagement actually looks like. If yours is not here, the Contact page intake is the right place to send it.
