About the founder

AI + Practical Business Implementation.

Twenty-five years in the room. Same thread, redirected.

Andrew Fodge is an AI Systems Strategist and AI Implementation Specialist for appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness operators — practitioners who have spent twenty-five years on the operator side and now install the AI workflows the same team will actually run on a number the business already watches.

The edge is not any one tier. It is performance coaching and behavior change redirecting into practical AI implementation — the same muscles that ran 4,850+ coaching sessions, applied to a workflow instead of a workout.

25+Years in fitness, sports performance, and personal-development coaching.

Positioning

Performance.

Three layers, one thread.

What makes the work credible is not any single credential — it is the same word running through every layer. AI implementation, performance coaching, physical performance. Read top to bottom; it is the same operator.

The connection

Better Humans. Better Systems. Better Execution.

Three layers, one thread. The same word runs through the AI side, the coaching side, and the floor — performance. The maxims below are the operator version of that thread, written so they fit on a wall as easily as in a workflow.

AI should remove friction, not create more of it.
Maxim 1 — the AI-side principle
Performance is the constant. One thread, three layers.
Maxim 2 — the thread that runs through every tier

Background

Twenty-five years, one thread of work.

The arc below is the one we walk an interested client through when they ask why this background is the right shape for AI work in appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness.

Twenty-five years ago, the work started in a gym: training clients, watching what stuck and what didn't, and learning that the gap between knowing and doing was always the harder problem — not the workout itself.

That observation carried into formal coaching practice: 4,850+ sessions and counting, across individuals, the teams they work inside, and the operators who run appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness businesses. The pattern was the same in every room — the right behavior change, written down and rehearsed, was the line between a tool that got used and a tool that got abandoned.

The work scaled into leadership: running teams, building the systems those teams run inside, and being the person accountable when the numbers moved or didn't. Fodge AI Systems is the same thread, redirected. The diagnostic, the design, the install, the training, and the ninety-day measurement plan are all still about deciding where the AI belongs and proving it worked, on a number the business already watches.

Outcomes

What the work looks like off the slides.

Four operator stories, anonymized, drawn from the engagements we have run inside appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness businesses. Each shape below is one workflow we installed, one number we measured against, and one behavior change the team rehearsed until it stuck.

Boutique strength studio — 2 locations

Rebook rate, not lead-gen, was the lever.

We replaced the front-desk rebook script with a workflow that surfaces the right offer at the right week, and trained two front-desk staff to run it. The shape that mattered was the rehearsal, not the tool.

Member rebook rate: 54% → 71% over 90 days.

Independent registered dietitian

Intake-to-first-plan time, halved.

We installed an intake workflow that drafts the first care plan from the answers the patient already gave. The dietitian approves, the patient gets it the same day. No new dashboard — the same chart, in the same EHR.

Intake-to-plan turnaround: 4 days → 1 day.

Group-training gym — single location

No-shows, recovered at the calendar.

We built a re-engagement workflow that fires on the gap between booking and attendance, not on a generic reminder blast. Coaches were trained to read the workflow, not babysit a bot.

No-show rate: 22% → 14% across the eight-week cohort.

Boutique wellness spa — 3-room

Lead close rate, measured at the front desk.

We installed a workflow that scored inquiries as they came in and surfaced the right follow-up lane to the front desk on the same screen they already used. The team was trained on the four follow-up shapes the lane recommends.

Inquiry → booked: 28% → 41% over one quarter.

What this looks like

Three shapes every engagement takes.

The work is sold the same way regardless of the operator — appointment-based health, fitness, and wellness businesses that already run on a number they care about, but want an outside practitioner to design and install the AI side of it.

Engagement shape

Diagnostic

A paid, scoped look at the operator — the workflow, the team, the number already being watched. We come back with what to install, in what order, and what to leave alone.

Engagement shape

Design & install

We write the workflow, sit with the team through the first real busy week, and install the measurement plan around a number the business already watches — not a new dashboard we invented.

Engagement shape

Train the operator

The AI is not the deliverable — the team running it is. We document the handoff, rehearse the touchpoints, and come back at ninety days to prove the work on the same number.
